What are lists

WorkFlowSoft lists are directories that allow information to be stored in the form of a table.

For convenience, you can create Suppliers, Buyers, Clients, Partners and other lists. Lists can be created by business unit managers and administrators.

If lists have been created in your organization, you can add a field of type List to processes or tasks—in the process or task card, click Add Field and select the required list (for example, Clients). There is now no need to fill out the fields with plain text (and possibly make a mistake when entering a client’s name)—just select the name of the client from the directory.
