What are directories

Directories allow information to be stored in the form of a table. For example they can be Customers, Suppliers, Partners, Spare parts and other directories. Directories can be created by administrators.

If directories have been created in your organization, you can add a field of type Directory in the Process editor, for example, the Customers directory. After the process starts, there is now no need to fill out the field with plain text, so you eliminate a mistake when entering a customer’s name: your colleagues will just select the name of the customer from the directory.
