Process and task lists

After you click the Main menu at the top, you will see the following lists on the left: Assigned to me, Created by me, All. Each list contains processes and tasks linked to the current user:

• The Assigned to me list shows tasks assigned to the user.
• The Created by me list shows processes started by the user and tasks created by the user.
• The All list consists of all processes and tasks which the user has the right to see.

You can add your own list by clicking the Create new list menu on the left. Then you can set the filter for this list by a status, a due date, an assignee, tags, rating clicking the gear icon above the task list.
